Leading Southern California restaurateurs Laurie Sisneros and Cary Hardwick have created a meeting place for LA and Orange counties in their award-winning restaurant - Spaghettini Italian Grill and Jazz Club. Located just off the 405 freeway at the Seal Beach Blvd exit, Spaghettini features fine Northern Italian Cuisine and great live jazz.

Seasoned by careers in food and beverage, Laurie and Cary set out to create their idea of the perfect restaurant. A place with atmosphere, excitement, and of course, excellent Northern Italian cuisine. They also knew they had to find the right employees and the right management style to be successful. The key is hiring good people to be sure, but how to retain them and keep them energized about their jobs? Yearly trips to Napa Valley for the grape crushing, and a recent trip to Italy are just a couple of perks when you are part of the Spaghettini family. Managers have created a dynamic relationship with their employees, and they in turn, create relationships with the customer.

Since 1988 the spaghettini vision has helped fuel 17 years of continuous growth. "One of the keys to our success is the great lengths we go to to procure the finest quality ingredients for our menus and specials," says Cary Hardwick. "We literally scour the globe to keep our products innovative and exciting."

The commitment to the Spaghettini vision is also evident on the entertainment side of the business. Having built the Smooth Jazz Performance Lounge into one of the top jazz clubs in the Southland, Spaghettini attracts top name talent and promotes off-site concerts and special events.
