Ann McNeil created The Intelligent Work-Out in 1994 when she moved to the Coachella Valley from Los Angeles. Being the pioneer to establish the first Pilates studio in the desert communities, she carries on the Pilates tradition in its true form by learning from instructors who were students of Joseph Pilates himself.
